Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.We provide free setup and bring all the necessary equipment for your event. Delivery within 15 miles of our Roswell location is included at no extra cost. For locations beyond 15 miles, a small additional fee applies.
Please note, that sales tax will be added to your final quotation before purchase.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, we’re excited to deliver to cities all across Georgia! While Roswell and the surrounding areas are our main focus, we love bringing the fun to events in other cities.
Q.Does the standard 7 hour rental time include your set-up time?
A.No, setup time is not part of your rental period. We arrive early or even the day before to ensure everything is ready so that you can enjoy your full rental time without interruption.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Setup times vary based on our schedule for the day. We typically arrive 1–3 hours before your rental starts, but setup may occur up to 4 hours earlier or even the day before during busy periods. We’ll contact you in advance to confirm arrangements if an early setup is needed.
Q.We've experienced some rentals from other companies that were dirty in the past. Are inflatables always that dirty?
A.No, inflatables should arrive clean. At Jump Wave Rentals, LLC, we thoroughly clean and disinfect every unit after each rental to ensure it’s ready for your event.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes, but only while in use. The blower continuously keeps the unit inflated and will deflate if unplugged. We require an outlet within 50 feet or a generator. To avoid issues, we provide heavy-duty cords since longer cords can trip your circuit breaker.
If renting for multiple days, you can turn it off overnight and store the blower indoors for safekeeping.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.Most parks do not have electricity, so you’ll need to rent a generator. We offer generators at an affordable rate to make it convenient for you.
Parks are usually first-come, first-serve, so secure your spot early and check if permits or permission are required.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.No problem. We will work with you to reschedule or refund your money :-)
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, we require a 20% credit card deposit to reserve your rental for a specific date. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your rental date.
Q.How big are the jumps?
A.We offer a wide variety of inflatables to suit all ages and spaces. Our 18Ft slides are a popular choice for bigger kids, while the 23Ft and 24Ft slides are perfect for teenagers and adults. For smaller to mid-size kids, we have bouncers, combos, and toddler units that provide endless fun.
Please check the space requirements listed with each inflatable, as some are quite large and require extra room for stakes, blowers, and clearance from walls or trees to avoid damage. If you’re unsure, it’s always a good idea to measure your space to ensure the inflatable will fit. If your setup includes stairs or a tiered yard, contact our office to discuss the best options.
Q.What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A.
Yes, a clear path with at least 4 feet of access is essential for safe delivery, as some jumps weigh up to 650 pounds. Always follow safety instructions, ensure adult supervision, and stay clear when deflating or switching the power on or off.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass (our favorite and safest for kids), dirt, asphalt, or concrete. Unfortunately, we cannot set it up on rocks, as the friction can damage the vinyl on the inflatables.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes, a link to the contract and safety rules will be included in your receipt after placing an order. You can also contact our office to request a copy.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.You’re not responsible for normal wear and tear like seams tearing over time.
However, damage from negligence or not following safety rules (e.g., leaving the blower on in high winds, or throwing objects on an inflatable) will be your responsibility. Review and sign our safety rules to ensure safe operation.
